Ben has been a resident of Waverley for the past 14 years. During this time he sold and purchased the family home twice. Ben believes it to be the perfect environment to raise a family. The Waverley area has a fantastic community spirit and sense of identity.

A licensed estate agent having studied at Swinburne University of Technology, it was only a short time before Ben was winning awards for sales and achieving maximum results for his many clients. Much of Bens success is due to his ability to listen to clients and prospective buyers, identifying their needs to ensure a smooth transaction.

Bens results surpass many, this may be the reason that clients engage Ben to negotiate their future purchase whether it be by auction or private negotiation, from an investment or first home to multi million dollar property.

His experience is wide and having worked in Toorak and surrounding suburbs he knows what it takes to pull a deal together. Ben has auctioned many properties allowing him to better communicate with a buyer at that crucial time of selling under the hammer, a definite advantage to his client.

Before real estate Ben was creating culinary delights in Melbourne and Paris Studying at the famous Gaston Lenotre in Paris. He still enjoys cooking and making a mess in the kitchen, yet his true passion is creating real estate deals for his clients and friends.
